Permitted use

Use Plateplan for lawful personal household meal organisation, shared shopping checklists, prep sequencing, leftover planning and related digital exports.

Health and allergy restrictions

Do not use Plateplan for infant or specialised early-years feeding, clinical diets, treatment of a condition, severe-allergy management, pregnancy-specific advice, eating-disorder content or a professional nutrition prescription without independent confirmation from a qualified doctor or registered dietitian.

Do not represent an output as guaranteed allergen-free, nutritionally complete, calorie-accurate, price-accurate or approved by a health professional.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload or request unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, dangerous or deceptive content; malware; credential theft; impersonation; private data without authority; copyrighted or trademarked material you cannot use; or instructions intended to evade safety systems.

Do not resell access, scrape the service, overload endpoints, reverse engineer safeguards, automate account creation or use generation to mislead another person about food safety or professional review.

Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove content, limit access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, security, law or these rules. We can preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests.
