Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar storage are small records placed on a browser or device. First-party cookies are set for Plateplan; a processor may set a cookie only for an authorised function.

Necessary records support secure sessions, administrator authentication, checkout continuity, fraud prevention and consent choices. They cannot be switched off through our preference control because the requested service depends on them. Session records normally expire at sign-out or within 4 hours; security records can last up to 12 months.

Preference storage can remember interface choices. Optional analytics, if enabled with consent where required, helps us understand aggregated page and feature use. Analytics is not used for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Stripe or PayPal can set essential security and checkout cookies on their own hosted pages. Their cookie notices apply there. Plateplan does not read full payment-card details from those pages.

Use the cookie choice shown on first visit where optional cookies are active, or change browser settings to delete or block storage. Blocking necessary records may prevent sign-in, secure checkout or saved choices. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out signal where applicable.
