Content License

As between you and Plateplan, you retain ownership of household briefs, preferences, adjustments and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only to operate, secure and support the requested service.

Subject to payment, these terms and applicable law, Plateplan grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy, edit, print and share generated plans, shopping lists, visuals and prep films for personal or commercial household-organisation content. Taste watermarks must not be removed.

AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection and may resemble independently generated material. No exclusivity is promised.

Do not use outputs to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; imply a professional health endorsement; remove safety notices; or misrepresent illustrative food as guaranteed, nutritionally tested or allergen-free.

Avoidances and dietary preferences can reveal sensitive personal data. The limited processing licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backup rotation, legal retention and content needed to resolve a dispute. Deletion requests can be sent to the privacy contact.

The Plateplan name, interface, code, original editorial copy and brand assets remain owned by or licensed to us. The generated-content licence does not transfer those materials.
